    Jan, I had the same problem until my wife showed me that I needed to clean
    out SENT messages from emails. I did this and freed up a ton of memory,
    particularly when I had attachments.

    While I agree with what you've said, Windows CE has excellent third party
    support. A freeware app called "Total Commander" (
    http://www.ghisler.com/ce.htm ) combines a registry editor, file manager
    with REAL LAN support, FTP and zip/unzip support. It's the first app I
    install on a new CE device.

    Oh, BTW, try clearing the cache in IE (Menu >Tools > Options >
    Memory(Tab) > Delete Files)- it'll probaby get you 6-8MB of storage
    back. Then use Total Commander's reg editor and move your IE cache to
    the storage card.

    Then hang out at Howard Forums or xda-developers.com and check out a
    variety of reg tweaks. WinCE devices need a bit of tweaking, but then
    run as smooth as a proverbial baby's bottom.
