I'm looking for a reputable online source that is competitive on unlocked
phones. I'm interested in buying a GSM 850/1900 for existing Cingular
service. Leaning towrd a Nokia 2610 or similar candy bar style phone. The
manuf's website can't be the cheapest and I don't feel comfortable working
off a Google search with no feedback.

    Suggestions?

Like he said check Ebay - or just google it - there will be lots of
places to unlock it for you. If you paid retail price for the phone
and didn't get it at a subsized cost then you can contact Cingular and
they can provide the Subsidy Unlock Code for you. You may need to show
proof, but hey it will be for free.

    Hope this helps.

Why the Samsung SGH-D900 over the Nokia 2610?
