Hi,
The last few days and today, we've been logging unusually large delays
(more than 2 hours on some) between the times our server logs the
email as sent (to @mobile.mycingular.com) and when we receive the SMS
messages on our phones.
Other test emails 2 SMS seem to go straight through without delay -
the problem is not consistent and the delays are highly variable.
Anyone else seen this?
What do we do about it? Can I open a ticket with cingular? Is there
a way to track the health of this service?
thanks,
Fletcher.

Always. Using any server in the Cingular domain is always slow for me.
Whether it's the SMS gateway or the SMTP server.
Try [email protected] instead. It's been damn-near
instantaneous the few times I've tested it.

Government Spying slows it up.
