You can call customer service and ask for the Subsidy Unlock Code.
You can fill out a Contact Us web form on the AT&T site.

In both cases, you supply your IMEI, and receive the unlock code via email
a few days later. At least that's the way it has worked for my Motorola
phones. I haven't tried my 6126 yet.
