Go to there website. It has the min plan as 39.99 listed.
Then add 30.00 for data and 5.00 for txt (If wanted)

The OP, however, is on a family plan (an old grandfathered one, I assume)-
switching to an individual plan isn't going to solve his problem! ;-)
I assume AT&T is playing Verizon's old game- use equipment upgrades to
force you off old grandfathered plans.

If he's on an old plan , a store won't help him. He need to outright buy an
Iphone and activate it through the 800 ATT wirless Customer Help Number.
That's how I got my Razr on my Home 50 plan.
