Sprint does not work well in North Dakota, South Dakota, or Montana, I
know that for a fact. In fact, in North Dakota, Sprint covers less than
150,000 people. Sprint covers barely more than 1% of the land of the
state (which is important in agricultural areas). I travel to Montana a
lot and don't see much TDMA coverage, mostly AMPS. I am on the Cingular
Preferred Nation. Great coverage in North Dakota, South Dakota, and
Minnesota. Just watch for roaming -- many carriers offer free TDMA
roaming on plans, but no AMPS roaming.
