motorola v60 in europe

Hi,
I have question regarding setting up my phone when I go to europe. Since I
signed up with cingular gsm, my phone is allowed to be used internationally.
I am wondering if I can buy sim cards over europe and to use it over there.
Any suggestions on what type of the sim cards to buy? Thanks all.

You need to have a carrier unlocked world gsm phone first, then buy any
prepaid sim for each country you goto.
