Hi,

Is it possible to have a SIM based solution which can do the
following:
1 Restrict or redirect toll / unauthorized calls
2 Restrict roaming
3 Add - spending limits for prepaid service
4.Change the carrier grafic and banner

If yes, how. I know for one, we need a smartcard reader/writer. But
what I do not understand is how will we make the OS understand the
program. As far as I know, SIM can only STORE the programs. So how do
we make the OS whichever it is (Symbian, Nuclues, CE watever) execute
the program? What tools are needed for such development?
