Thanks - that's what we ended up doing. Been lazy in using their Web
site because of unsatisfactory previous experience.

So how come the CS rep didn't tell direct me to their Web site, I
wonder? Lack of training is most likely the reason. I found that in my
experience in dealing with CS reps, those from ex-Baby Bells
(Cingular, Verizon) are the least knowledgeable and least helpful.
Verizon's landline CS is one of the worst, if you can get through at
all...
