Anyone know how to contact Cingular Wireless if you are not a current
customer? Every time I try to call I get a recording, something to the
effect of "We're sorry but you are calling from a non Cingular calling area"
and then I am able to go no farther on the call because it wants me to enter
my cingular #, and when you don't enter one it disconnects on you. Anyway I
am trying to get a hold of them to see if they have any plans on coming to
Oregon, If anyone can get me an email address for cingular customer service,
I would be very appreciative.
Thanks
Matt
Also I want to know your opinion of cingular, good or bad. One last thing,
why would they advertise on Oregon TV and radio if they are not available in
the area????

Trying calling information for a Cingular store like say in
Dallas, Texas and call them on your nickel (or dime if calling
in state Texas - snicker)

Try 800-331-0500. That one should work from anywhere.

why? it isn't like you will consider such info, you have already made
your decision. you are just searching for reassurance.

Re: Contacting Cingular
If I use my cell phone it would actually be a free call, but thanks for the
idea.
