I am however having problems with using the wireless Internet.
Everytime I log on it asks for "Phone_______" and "PIN________".
Cingular doesn't seem to have the answers. I've been told "Just enter
your phone number, and your pin to your My Wireless Window account".
I've tried, it doesn't work. Cingular other answer was resubmitting
my information to my wireless window, which also did nothing.
Cingular's tech support has been terrible through the whole thing, and
unfortunatly, this is hte only way to get ringtones on the phone.
I've tried every single username and password I have through cingular,
and all gives me "login failed". Does anybody know how to use this
thing? I e-mailed Samsung's tech support today, hopefully that will
give me the answers I'm looking for.

Samsung tech support isn't what you need. Cingular should be able to
help.
For my S307, when you login to My Wireless Window (on your PC),
somewhere when you either when you register or under your account
info, you have to provide details about your phone (type, IMEI?) and
it then sends a text message to your phone with the PIN to actually
enter on the phone when it asks for the PIN. I believe it explains
this you are registering on the PC. You only enter the PIN once ever.
By doing this, they are verifiying that the phone you register is
actually the phone you have. This PIN is different than the PIN you
setup for My Wireless Window on the PC.
I just can't remember if this is exactly how the PIN got sent to the
phone, since I only did it once. But it was automatically generated
and sent to the phone when I was logged in on the PC. The text
message showed up on the phone in like 10 seconds.
Hope this helps, if not, keep trying customer service til you get
someone knowledgable.

Don't ask me why, but the internet mysteriously worked. Last night, I
tried logging on for the hell of it, and it didn't even ask me for
Phone or Pin, it just logged right on. Thanks for the help anyway.
