    Cingular "Custmer Service" is the worst of any company I have dealt with
    Does anyone know how to reach an employee of Cingular that can resolve a

    I've had to threaten to cancel a contract to get anything done. On a local
    level there are a few people who really know whats going on. If you find a
    good rep. don't let anyone else help.
