I have read many posts on how lousey cs is and really need to share that my
experience has been the complete opposite. All of the reps I have delt with
have been courteous and extremely accomidating. Some have been more
knowledgable then others and those who didn't have answers made a conserted
effort to find them out. I have even received calls back from them on
issues. Because of there willingness to resolve issues such as crediting
accounts, technical difficulties and other things, I am extremely pleased
with the company. The service is good. Since I am in Jersey it's t-Mobile
towers. My contract is over and happily I will continue to stay with
Cingular until something sillly happens.
BE nice to cs reps and they will go out of there way to be nice and
accomidate your neeeds.
