    i've read on a few reviews that the back of this phone is a bit
    'tacky', anybody any opinions of the back of this phone?

    I recently bought a new copper R520m here in Germany. A guy had
    imported 20 units from US and sold them to /// fans at no up-charge.

    I had no problem having the unit updated to R4A.
