I find that some animated GIF files work as wallpaper for my T300 phone,
and some don't. It doesn't appear to be a matter of size.
How can I tell if a GIF will work in advance? What makes the difference?

Ben,
I seem to remember it's something to do with the number of frames in the
animated GIF. What I did was download one of the existing ones supplied with
my T68i, then replaced the individual frames with my own sequence. (I used
the GIF editor that came with Paint Shop Pro 6, I think).
Hope that helps.
Cheers,
L.

Thanks. Turns out it seems to be the size of the images. Anything
exceeding 101x80 pixels causes problems.
