T68i no sound or mic

Greetings all

This might be an old problem I have only done some quick searching for
answers.
I have a T68i, about 1½ year old, bought it in Sweden (where I live),
it´s not an upgraded t68 by the way.
When I call out or recieve calls while on battery power there is no
sound from the speaker or anything heard from the mic on either side.
The network status shows good reception and GPRS availability. After
the call the phone sometimes restarts and sometimes it freezes
completly.
SMS seems to work OK both send and recieve.

Is this a known problem? Anyone with similar experience?

Is this an old or a new problem? Can you think of anything that might have
caused the problem (e.g., water, shock)?

Have you checked the Profile to see if it's Normal and unaltered?

Have you tried a cold restart? (While the phone is on and not on AC power,
remove the battery without turning the phone off first. This forces a cold
restart when power is restored and the phone is turned on.)

Have you tried a Master Reset (after first backing up the phone of course)?
