Interesting. I run P910i, XP Pro SP1 and Zone Alarm, and I never had a problem. Yes, Zone
alarm asks for permission for some programs when I do a backup, I say yes, and then it works.
My only suspicion (before you hack around with ZoneAlarm): I run SP1 you seem to have
upgraded to SP2. There are some very disagreeable problems with SP2 related to its way to
handle security; that might be the problem!
