    Hi Everyone,

I have a T610. My bluetooth phone can receive data via bluetooth, but
though it recognises the paired devices it does not connect (from the
    phone) to send data.

    Example :

    1. I can Receive any compatible data (like a picture) on my T610 via
    bluetooth

    2. I cannot send any data (like a picture) from my T610 via bluetooth

i have already updated the softaware of my T610 : no result.

I have tried to contact Ericsson's call center in my country : no
    reply

    Can someone help me?

    thanks

What happens when you try to send something? Does a specific message appear?
Does the icon show a doulble headed arrow (i.e. data is being transferred)?
Have you tried transferring to another device?

it recognises the paired bluetooth devices and then says "connexion
failed". I have tried it with my PC and with my husband's smartphone.
It used to work with the latter.

You say it used to work with the other phone? If it no longer works with a
phone it was proven to work with before - possible fault with your handset?

I used to have occasional BT issues with my T610. Recycling the power
usually fixed problems & when it didn't, deleting devices then re-pairing
    the phone did.

that's what I think but my cell phone reseller does not seem to be
willing to agree. It drives me mad.

in the meantime I found Float's Mobine Agent, that I can use with my
data cable(http://fma.sourceforge.net) ... it's magig, and solves half
of my problem (transferring data frommy phone to the computer.

It sounds to me like a phone problem then.

A Service Centre will be able to test it for you and make sure it has the
    latest software on it too.

    Hope this helps.
