Connecting T230 to DSS-25 Image editor problem

I have the T230 phone, DSS-25 desk station, am running Win XP Pro SP2 and
the Sony Ericsson Image Editor V1.9.3, the DSS-25 is detected in Win XP, the
phone is on it and the light on the DSS-25 is green.


When I select the phone in the menu in Image Editor, I get the "No T230
Series detected" message. what am I doing wrong?

hey dude i have the same problem, cept i have a t610. i only have the DSS-25 syncstation cos my dad has a p900, and its supposed to work on both.
the light comes on and thats it. i installed the bloody software but nuthin....hhhheeellppp
