file sync P910i

I got my P910i yesterday and after quite some troubles it seems that I
got the sync of pim data working over bluetooth. but I've a few
questions:

1. how can I achieve than whenever I enter a new appointment in
outlook it will be transvered immediatly to the P910 as well? (this
work with active sync between outlook and ppc)

2. how do I sync automatically files between my pc and my p910?

3. does does things work better/different on the usb docking station?

According to SE support there is no way to sync files automatically.

I really like this phone (miss an inbuilt radio and it could be a
little less bulky, but otherwise)...

Concerning the sync functionality and software. SE has a lot to
improve if they want to attract customers moving over from palm/ppc to
their smartphone. (like I did) :-(
