W800 memory stick dead

Hello, I had my new SE W800i for 1 day and I connected it to USB to transfer
some songs, but now the phone's memory stick is dead. Phone doesnt even
start when MS is in, just shows SE logo. I returned the phone and got the
other one and the same thing happened. Now I will try 3rd phone, maybe that
one will work

need a format maybe, if you have a memoery reader use that then format to
fat 16
