K750i firmware update

Hi my unlock k750i has firmware R1L002.

Update Service tells me that "No New Firmware is available"

Any tips ppl...

Is it a branded phone, ie vodafone or t-mobile. Some branded phones
cannot be updated from the sony ericsson site.
