    Hi,

I have a Sony Ericsson K700i mobile phone. I find good for my needs,
except they seem to have forgot an archive function for storing SMS:es
on the 32MB memory stick, or have made it extremly difficult to find.
For now, I'm using float's Mobile Agent
(http://fma.sourceforge.net/index2.htm) when the phone memory is full,
but is there any way to store them on the memory stick instead?
    KR,

    /Gustaf Borgstrom

This is just not fair - my K700 never came with a memory stick! If you mean
the K750 where I think the answer is no, although you can store them on the
SIM card IIRC. I suspect you are already using the best compromise of using
    FMA.

Its possible to change the firmware and remove the restrictions on the
amount of SMS its possible to store. The phone then uses all the available
internal memory. Thats probably why SE made the restriction in the first
place, as using all available internal memory for storing SMS wouldn't be
    very practical.

But since the chosen restriction isnt very practical either, i think its
better to be able to store all the SMS you like and live with the
consequences of maybe using all your phones memory (1000 SMS take up
roughly 1 Mb of memory so there is plenty of room).
