Yeah, and I am sure that there are a few people on this forum that would be quite offended by your fine choice of derogatory terms you used to describe Cingular employees. You have been a customer of theirs for a while now, judging by what you said about long standing customers. Yet you are just now figuring out that their customer service sucks?? Doesn't pretty much every cell provider's customer service blow? And, regarding the strong arming off past due bills, is it a surprise to you that they expect you to pay your bill on time? Common sense dictates that anyone that offers a service of any kind usually wants their customers to pay their bill on time. If you aren't satisfied with your service, then why don't you cancel your plan and go somewhere else instead of whining and pining about it on a forum where nobody can do or say anything that can possibly help you???
