I need correct settings for to recieve BBC and other available video

streaming on my Mobile

What are the correct setting to be entered in

Setting>Connectivity>Streaming Settings>

Connect Using:

Use Proxy : Yes/No

Proxy Address:

Port Number:

What are the avilable websites for watching streaming videos

Iam from Q8 and i have a 3 g dataline on a K800i

my network operator is wataniya telecom
