Does anyone know the procedure to change the default Vocoder rate on a T61C?
BTW, please don't tell me it won't do anything. Here in Milwaukee, WI, you
CAN set the vocoder to 13K and the call will go though with that setting.
I've verified this on my past Kyocera and Motorola phones.

It'll work better and go farther on 8K from 13K with not much less
fidelity. 8K is much more tolerant of the multipath which always is
easier to correct at lower rates.....
