    Is anybody out there using a Widcomm Bluetooth device.

    If so have you managed to send pics. to the computer from the T68, and what
    prog. do you use.

    I have everything else working 100% except can't send pics to PC.

    View the picture in my pictures - either thumbnail or full screen, click the
    menu button (between "1" and "Yes"), click send->via bluetooth
    I think the PC and phone have to be paired

    No this doe's not work by all accounts the Widcomm software tries to use
    ftp. for transfering files.

    I get messages connecting, sending, transfer failed

    Just tested it now - it definitely works
    My PC and phone are paired.
    When I click send the PC pops up a notice along the lines of "Accept file
    transfer from T68i?"
    I just clicked yes, and the pic is in My documents/Bluetooth exchange folder

    Seems that the software is the problem have only got version software
    1.2.2.9 must try and get a upgrade.
    Thanks for the help at least I know the problem now, and will stop
    re-installing must have done it a dozen times.

    Try... Start | Run | Regedit.
    Current User | Software | Widcomm | BTConfig | Services | 0004

    Look at the number under AcceptOther. It should be 0x00000001 (1)
    If it is 0x00000000 (0) then apparently it can't receive.
    Backup your registry of course before trying this!!!

    found out the problem is the software I have the earlier version that only
    sends to the phone, confirmed by Witcomm.
