That's definitely wrong. I have owned and used 628, 688, 868, 888,
T10, T18, and T39 - and both chatboards.

628 is not chatboard compatible. 688, 868, T10, and T18 work with
older chatboard CHA-01. T39 (and T2x, A2xxx, R3xx/5xx and all newer
models) work with newer chatboard CHA-10.

These two phone series do have completely different connectors (3
holes in the phone for the older, 4 holes for the younger series).

meet me, I'll show you the other one. It was a wrong buy from ebay
because someone told me, all ericsson connectors are equal.

this is the 4V-Version. Look at the connector. 2 plastic clips in a
different distance and different size compared to the newer connector.
It will work with all mobiles up to T18.

T20.

the gh888, 688 etc

the picture isn't altered for I can compare it to my ORIGINAL CHA-01.

look the picture looks altered probably to do with the poor
compression. Lets just agree to disagree, my phones have all worked
with the chatboard, so Im happy (like i said in a previous post) if
they work with my phones then im happy. How can I be wrong if in fact
they work!!!

All my phones have ALL had the same connections on the bottom (not
sure about any phones prior to 1996 as i cant remember that far back)
but since the chatboard came out i know all my phones have worked with
the chatboard.

You think what you want, ok the chatboards have different connections,
but ive never seen one of these in all the times i have bought
ericssons and their accessories and all the shops ive recently
enquired with are sure that there is (or was now) one type of
connection for ericsson and sony ericsson products. Ok we probably
live in the part of the country that didnt ever get the shipment of
the second type chatboard but who cares?

I cant be bothered to argue with you over something petty. your name
says your a mc, do you agree with your punters when they correct you
or ask for a shout out? just wondering if so, then dont give up your

'Cause the Original Poster hasn't asked if your chatboard will work
with your mobiles but if the 4V Chatboard will work with the newer
handsets. If you don't know the difference you shouldn't post.

You mean since the 3V Chatboard came out it worked with all your 3V
handsets. That's different to what the original poster asked for.

You have the SECOND type of chatboard. The 4V is the older one.

Err.... Which one is the same as yours? In case you hadn't noticed, the
seller is advertising both the CHA-01 and the CHA-10, and points out in his
sale which phones they are both compatible with.

Face it, you're wrong! There are two different chatboards, and the
connectors are totally different.
