Problem with Martin Fields silicon cover for P800

I just bought a Martin Fields silicon cover for my phone but when I call
someone it creates a hissing sound (feedback?) in the phone. As soon as I
remove the cover the noise disappear. Any idea on resolving the problem
without removing the cover?
