Upload Theme to T610

I have several themes i would like to upload to my t610.

I have tried using HANDSET MANAGER FROM MOBILE ACTION TECHNOLOGY INC which
works fine with tones and graphics but will not upload themes.

I have tried downloading a couple of bits of software but they will not even
run. Could some one please suggest some decent pieces of software -
preferably freeware. Thanks

are we talking about using a data cable here or BT dongle?

On my WinXP with bluetooth connection, I just right click on the file, and
do send to... bluetooth... T610

This is of course after I 'bonded' my phone and my PC to pair them
