Transfer T610 to Z600

Just got my Z600 and, so far, pretty impressed.

Small problem.
Last time (T68i to T610) I put my wife's SIM in the T68i, mine in the T610
and bluetoothed all my contacts, pics, ringtones, across.
She's away for the weekend and took her phone.
How can I do it while only being able to have one phone powered up at a
time?

Get hold of a cheap PAYG sim? Borrow a sim off a mate?

I sync the old one with my pc and then do the same with the new one
afterwards. Worked fine
