i called a local at&t store and they had no clue what i was talking about.
the main at&t tech support said i would have to mail it in. is there a way i
can do this upgrade by taking it some where so i don't go to long with out
my phone?
the main problem is i can't sync with any sync software it reboots my phone.
witch doesn't seem normal.

Depends on where you live. In the US I belive that the only way to get the
firmware upgrade is to send it into the Sony Ericsson service center, which
I think is in Minnesota or somewhere in the Northern Midwest US.
If you live in Europe I think there are service centers where you can take
it in.

Or you can do it yourself - using a flash cable - i did my T610 and it went
great - look for my previous post for URL

I would think that the OS needs to be running for bluetooth to be working.
When you flash the bios, the OS MUST blink out. You need a real wired
connection to flash the firmware--no way around it.

Re: how can upgrade t68i firmware version?
George,
Can't find your previous post and I have a t616 and would like to
flash it myself.
Could you repost the link?
