Three Primary Projects:

Developed & Implemented the Strategic and Contingency Plans for :

1.) IBM National Warp Server upgrade:

Responsible for All Aspects of Implementation of Warp Server upgrade
infrastructure for all Canadian IBM sites: this included site project
kickoff, hardware & software order, build, ship, on-site install, steady
state, return and refirmish of pre-used Servers.

Mapped and led the Process that included Quality Assurance / Quality Control
sign-off worksheets; complete deployment process diagrams, and procedure
documentation. completed five months ahead of schedule & under budget, with
limited resources.

2.) Developed & Implemented a Process and Procedure Document Database System
that became ISM Standard. IBM LOVEM was used as a methodology guideline.

· Allowed Client, Tech Support and End User the ability to easily
understand either a high to mid or low level process to the procuder level.

· Trained Server Support Team on the proper use and maintance of
this system.

3.) Planned & Implemented Server Team Move:

· Negoticated space for Server Farm / Testing Lab on behalf of ISM -
resulted aquirming in premier lab space.

· Designed & Planned Server Farm / Testing Lab Topologhy and
Negotiated with Vendors - saved approximatedly 50% of design costs.

· Lead the Move for the entire Server Team Call Centre from 3500
Steeles to 3600 Steeles - completed on schedule.
