Further to my earlier post I have now got the sync working and like the
predictive text se have kept the phone!

However, I got Mobile Phonetools working and linked up with Outlook. I went
through the wizards and as I didn't have any contacts in the phone at all,
opted to have all my contacts in Outlook copied to the phone.

Thats fine so far and they all came across. However, if I have a contact
with, say, a home number, work number, mobile number and email address I now
have 4 seperate entries on the phone for that one contact.

Is it possible to group these on the phone or have I perhaps done something
    wrong?

    Many thanks

    Ted

I agree. It's a good phonebook but it would be nice to be able to expand a
'tree' structure for each person rather than having them all show the whole
time. Also, if you copy a number to the SIM from the phone or vice versa,
    you get two entries

    Phonebook/Menu/Setup/

    View All, change to Primary.

Name will only show once and you toggle with the arrow keys (left/right) to
    view the home/work/mobile etc
