I am getting a DLL error during the install of the program downloaded
from www.motclub.com website. It states DLL function call crashed:
PbkInstall.-GetBookNames Error # 0x80040707 this is the original
phone tools 1.23 english. Can someone help please? I have the V400
phone. Thanks in advance

Uninstall it and reinstall it. If that doesn't help you got a bad
download, or a good download of a bad file. (Or you're running a
version of Windows that the DLL can't run on.)

Uninstall it and reinstall it. If that doesn't help you got a bad
download, or a good download of a bad file. (Or you're running a
version of Windows that the DLL can't run on.)

It never makes it through the install, It cancels before it is

Do you have 1.23 or 1.23c? I have xp pro too and I have installed 1.23c
without problems (and after that 2.16 and LiveUpdate to 2.19a).

without problems (and after that 2.16 and LiveUpdate to 2.19a).
It is the 1.23c version. I noticed someone else on the site has the
same problem as me. It is almost completed on the install, when the
progress bar is full and then it terminates itself saying their is an
