V600 WHEN???

Can anyone tell me when the new V600 will be readily available? I'm not
ready to pay $700+ on EBAY just wondering when they will hit the local
retailers.
I am on T-Mobile system.

I was asking this question for the US, Texas to be exact. I realize these
units are available in UK and Germany.
