When I finally get these v300s unlocked from the t-mobile network I'd like
to configure them to access o2 Active via GPRS, however I cannot find
anywhere in the phone to change connection settings. It looks like t-mobile
have either disabled access to some of the phones settings or I'm being
really dumb!
Has anyone bought a t-mobile v300, had it unlocked and accessed WAP services
using a service other than t-zones, if you have could you tell me how you
did it?
Thanks.

Don't know about this phone, but on earlier Motorola's the WAP was a one
time setting. I manage to set mine to those of a Voda P&G SIM I bought just
to try it out for the [free] month, rather than waste 10p/m on O2.

According to the manual for the v300 there should be a menu entry to allow
the user to change the WAP settings (homepage, username, IP addresses etc.)
It seems t-mobile have either hidden this menu item or disabled it in some
way.
The o2 PAYG sims I have allow free GPRS access to WAP and 300 free minutes
of WAP access per month if dialling up, plus 300 free txt messages a month,
that's why I want to use the o2 Active services.
