Hi, does anyone know where i can get a stubby aerial for my v600
(pref. in the uk)
The only shop ive found which does them are in denmark and you have to
wire the money over them as they dont accept debit/credit cards!

Re: Stubby aerial for V600

I have found this site which shows the v600 with a stubby aerial but
it doesn't list an aerial for the v600 if anyone can tell me that
either a v60 or v66 or t720 aerial will fit.

Re: Stubby aerial for V600

I just tried swapping with my v60 antenna and it does NOT fit. The
threads on the v600 are different and the diameter and length of the pin
are different. Be wary of the stubby antennas. The look nice but if
they were really as good why wouldn't Moto makeit standard. That being
said, if you stay in one area that has strong signal it might do the
job. However you should expect poorer reception in less than optimal
areas.

And poorer reception always means more radation to your head, as the
phone uses more power to transmit in low-reception areas. Plus the
changed antenna-properties could mean MUCH higher SAR-levels as well.

Peter
