What can I do to sync a Motorola T730 to Mac iSync? Any ideas or
solutions?

You'll need a Mac compatible USB driver and software.
Don't know if any are available.

It's not a problem. iSync recognizes the 730 as a 720, and works just
fine. You need a USB cable for the 730, available from Motorola or
third parties. Probably also from your cellular co.
