games onto V525

Can anyone confirm instruction for uploading games to phone. I have
Bluetooth working ok and can send pictures and ringtones but no java games.

I have OBEX push box but when I click it is say error and locks up.

don't click on the OBEX push icon just drag and drop the jar file onto it
