Unlock a Qwest Motorola T731c

Anyone have any luck unlocking a CDMA T731c ?

I bought one off EBAY listed as "unlocked" and brand new, but you can
guess the rest of the story. I want to use it on U S Cellular.

Thanks for any help or recommendations of who can do it.

try uswest (879378) you may only get one chance if you mess it up... the
next thing is to have U.S. Cellular force their software on it..did it
with a phone i got that was qwest..had verizon force it...working great.
