Bluetooth & mobile phone tools

I've got a bluetooth dongle and installed the software, it can find my phone
but will only install the services Dial-up networking gateway, voice
gateway, obex object push & obex file transfer.

When I try to connect using mobile phone tools I just can't get anything?!?!
The helpfile has nothing in it about bluetooth, can anyone help? I'm using
a v500.

I've just installed the upgrade for the mobile tools software which seems to
make the setup a lot easier, but it can't find any devices?!
