v300: Adding voice dial to existing number

Copy the entry from the SIM to the Phone's memory then add voice and
other changes.

You cannot attach a voice record if the phone number is stored to the
SIM. You have to change the location where the contact is stored from
SIM to phone, and then you will be able to attach a voice record name
of the contact.
