I'm trying to sync my v525 with mobilePhoneTools via blue tooth.

Initially, I had paired my computer with v525, then ran mobilePhoneTools,
it detected the phone but couldn't verify pin(I entered the same pin as I
    used to pair with computer)

I tried unpairing with computer and powered bluetooth off, then on.

Now when I try to run mobilePhoneTools bluetooth set up and I run detect
devices and use the FindMe option on the v525
imobilePhoneTools doesn't find anything. My computer will still find the
phone. I've tried it with computer paired and unpaired, rebooted computer
    etc Any Ideas ?

Winxp sp1.(I'm using the v500 option on mobilePhoneTools as there is no v525
    option)

    Re: v525 and mobilePhone tools-Help

Select V525M or V500M not the V500... I had exactly the same problem and
this helped me. Also be aware, I have to re-pair my phone/laptop each time
I run the software as each time I re-run it, it can't find the phone. I
think the software is crap and people slag Microsoft off for putting out
rubbish... Well BVRP ... what ya got to say for yourself... many post's
here remarking on the poor performance of your software!

I don't think you can blame BVRP for making crap software based on your
experience - MPT works fine for my combination of XP and V525 - 1st time /
    every time.

    Ginger,

What settigns do you use, how did you set the thing up to get it to work.
    I only have options for V500 or v600, not even a v500m.
Did you just follow the setup wizard when you log on or try something else ?

1st off have you got the new version V2 20 not v2 16
run the auto update to get it
I have v525 on my screen but I am using usb cable
I think the v525 came on the update to v2 20
