help using groups on mpx200

Folks

I recently acquired one of these - I upgraded from a V60i, and while it has
some very nice features, it also has some crappy non used features..

I really would like to know how to send text messages to a group.
I went to a lot of time and effort to set these up, and simply cannot figure
out how to send such SMS's.
