#16 | | Guest | I actually took the cover plate off, remove the torx screws, and pierced a
small hole on the other side, as there are 2 speakers in the earpiece. The
hole is only over one of the speakers. I made the hole in a higher position
than the one on the side with the factory hole. Helps quite a bit.
