C350 Driver & Software??

Have a motorola C350 which has a USB connection.
I have a cable and my PC (WINXP) recognises the phone but cannot
install the driver.
Have searched motorola site but cannot find driver to download or any
software.
Does this need to be purchased? from where?
Any advice gratefully recieved.
