I have a new phone and the rear (original) casing doesn't fit flush. It
seems to be being held off the back by the black rubber thing at the base of
the aerial which seems to be ever so slightly larger than the hole. This
causes a 1 mm gap down the side. Any ideas ?

Re: V600 rear cover fit
Trim the rubber plug? Remove it and reinsert after the casing is on?

Re: V600 rear cover fit
This is a possibility, after all, it is only a rubber plug for the external
antenna.
Are you the plug is full inserted and not being block with something
underneath it?
The diameter of the plug is in fact larger than the hole however, this
should be pressed further into the phone body so as not to touch the casing,
the top of the bung is slightly smaller in diameter, this part should ever
so slightly protrude through the hole.

thanks - I took another look and the rubber plug wasn't seated properly. I
didn't know if it was removable and was afraid to pull it in case it broke.
Anyway thanks - it's fine now.
