    Cingular can these be unlocked and how would I find the ser#

    IMEI code - (15 numbers) - Access: *#06#

    XXXXXX XX XXXXXX X represents an IMEI number.

    TAC FAC SNR A

    TAC - (Type Approval Code) The first two digits is the code for the country
    apporval.

    FAC - (Final Assembly Code)
