I have a V400, a serial cable that I used to use with my V60 and Mobile Phone Tools version 2.21b. Install went fine, I can dial the phone, sync my contacts and calendar with outlook, but I can't transfer files. When I go to Mobile Explorer, I don't see any file folders for images or sounds like they show in the screen shot in the help feature.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I like the phone but want to be able to take advantage of all the features.
